The region includes Langtang National Park-the oldest national park of Nepal. Langtang region has mountain ranges in the north & various lakes in the southern part. Sherpa & Tamangs are the main ethnic groups living in this region. They are influenced by the life-style of Tibetan people. Langtang Region extends from Rasawa to Sindhupalchowk.
